Product Description
Quality Solutions
Our planitgreen® toners are remanufactured to the highest standard, offering you unrivalled reliability and quality assurance.
All planitgreen® laser toners are remanufactured using only virgin cartridges with all necessary working parts replaced for new, including imaging drums, rollers, blades and microchips to ensure full functionality and compatibility.
planitgreen® toners are remanufactured within the European Union under stringent quality control in accordance with ISO 19752, ISO 19798 and DIN 33870, guaranteeing you consistently high print quality, accurate yields and error free functionality for up to two years.
Unlike OEM Originals every single planitgreen® laser toner is tested before being packaged to ensure the product is of the highest possible standard for the end user.
Our latest figures boast a less than 0.6% return rate, a statistic that we pride ourselves on and that clearly reflects our core value of Quality Solutions.
All planitgreen® branded laser toners carry a two year comprehensive warranty. We warrant our products to be free from defects in both material and workmanship.
planitgreen® has also been recognised by ETIRA, the European Toner & Inkjet Remanufacturers Association, further evidence of the quality & sustainability of our products.
It is a common misconception that using remanufactured toners will void any printer warranty you may have on your device. The use of our toners does not necessarily affect the warranty, as explained in a statement by ETIRA.
Using remanufactured cartridges as such does not affect the warranty of the printer. Only if that consumable was the single cause of the printer’s malfunction can that warranty perhaps be void.
There must be a causality between the non-OEM cartridge and the occurring defect. Many printer manufacturers even confirm this on their websites, see below.
Any statement to the contrary by a printer manufacturer is null and void and violates EU competition law. This is also standard law in all EU countrie.
